NoxRP Purchase & Fulfillment Information

All purchases made through the NoxRP Store are subject to the Tebex Terms & Conditions presented during checkout.

Supporter Memberships

You must be a member of the NoxRP Discord to receive and maintain Discord-dependent supporter benefits, including supporter roles and associated NoxRP benefits.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals. Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by the applicable Tebex Terms & Conditions.

In-Game Purchases

Eligible in-game purchases can be claimed while connected to NoxRP using /tebex.

Purchased items and benefits are intended for the account associated with the purchase and cannot normally be transferred between players or accounts.

Server Rules & Access

Making a purchase does not exempt you from NoxRP rules or guarantee continued access to the server. Moderation actions, including suspensions and bans, may still be applied regardless of purchase or supporter status.

Changes to In-Game Content

NoxRP is continuously developed and balanced. In-game items, features, systems, and supporter benefits may be adjusted, rebalanced, replaced, or removed when reasonably necessary for gameplay, development, technical, security, legal, or platform-related reasons.

Missing or Incorrect Benefits

If an in-game purchase cannot be claimed, a supporter benefit is missing, or you believe something was delivered incorrectly, please open a ticket through NoxRP Support and provide your transaction ID.

Refunds & Payment Issues

Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and other matters relating to your purchase transaction are governed by the applicable Tebex Terms & Conditions.
